It was one of Kickstarter’s top 100 most backed projects of all time and has sold over a million copies worldwide. Unstable Unicorns won the 2019 People’s Choice Award for Toy of the Year. This highly giftable game takes 30–45 minutes to play and is for 2–8 players (recommended for ages 14+). The box contains 135 cards and a rule book and features a magnetic closure. This game is fully playable on its own, and any Unstable Unicorns expansion pack can be added to it.

Unstable Unicorns is a strategic card game about Destruction & Unicorns! The goal of Unstable Unicorns is to be the first person to collect seven Unicorns in your play area, also known as your Stable. Use Magic, Instant, Upgrade, and Downgrade cards to hinder your opponents’ progress and destroy their Unicorns. But stay on guard-- each player has all of these tools at their disposal as well, and you may just find your plans thwarted by a well-played “Neigh!” card.

My family LOVED this game! It brought fun and drama to the table! My teenagers said it is a fun, competitive game that can be played with the whole family. My 13-year-old said, " I love all the characters! They are so cute!" It is very competitive and unfortunately, I am very competitive in board and card games. I don't like to lose, and I didn't, much to my kids' dismay! It was a lot of fun. Everyone has to be able to be a good sport though because you really do have to strategize how to bring your opponents down and fill your stable first! There are no friends in this game! We give it 5 stars for sure!
