I love a good "down day" as much as the next girl but even when I'm casual and comfy, I enjoy looking, smelling and feeling luxurious! I want to walk by a mirror in my home and feel confident in the woman looking back at me. Not because I have makeup on or have finally lost those extra Christmas pounds, but because of the way I feel.

Sometimes feeling good involves smelling good and I'm always searching for a beautiful fragrance that will not give me a headache or make other's cringe in my presence! We have all been around someone with a perfume so pungent, we must hold our breath. This is literally one of my worst fears!

Two companies that I've recently fallen in love with are Lavanilla and Maya. These companies make the most deliciously light and luxurious fragrances.

Lavanilla was kind enough to send over their Vanilla Grapefruit scent for me to try and I love it so much. The vanilla is forward, with a light scent of citrus to follow.  

I would also love to try the coconut and summer options as well. Lavanilla uses fruit extract and Madagascar vanilla in their fragrances so the scent smells natural and fresh. Another fragrance that I'm excited to share with you is the Maya Fragrance Oil. This luxurious oil literally transports you to an exotic location . If you enjoy this type of scent, you will love the Maya No. 1 oil. It retails for $68 and trust me, a tiny dab will do! This oil will smell differently on every person and I love that. You can finally have your own signature scent with a Maya oil.

The next couple of companies that I have recently been enjoying have to do with my hair and even though I haven't been a salon in far too long, I've been discovering new ways to style my hair as it grows a bit longer.
