I don't know what the weather is like by you, but here in Oklahoma, it's been a mixture of every season in one week. We've gone from nearly 80 degrees one day to 40 the next, with heavy wind and rain in between. While I may not be enjoying the weather, someone that loves this type of weather, especially the cold, is my dog, Diesel. The colder it gets, the husky in him breaks free, and he wants nothing more than to spend all day outside. Diesel is an indoor dog, so when he spends longer periods of time outdoors, the pads of his feet become extremely rough and they sometimes crack. Our vet has given us various tips and some creams to use on the pads of his feet, but they've never really produced any major results.

Now, besides Diesel and his rough paws, we have Luna, who is a white and tan pit mix. She is the queen of sass and wiggles and loves to play outside as well. Since she has a very thin, short coat of fur, she doesn't stay out in the cold for too long, but her paws have started to get a little bit rough also. In addition to that, since she loves to play outside, this also includes rolling around in the dirt, and just making an absolute mess of herself! She can go from a white and tan dog to a dark brown pup in seconds! It's so hard to keep her clean and it's even harder when her face gets dirty because she hates water on her face. So, even when her eyes water or she has gunk in her eyes, it's nearly impossible to clean her face off.

I've been using the Tear Stain Remover Wipes on Luna for a few weeks now, and it's made a huge difference in her eyes. While she doesn't have major stains, she was beginning to develop some small rust colores spots under one of her eyes. After about two weeks, we noticed that the spots were gone and she wasn't wiping at her eyes first thing in the morning. She fought me at first when we started using them, but now, she sits there like a champ and seems to almost enjoy it! I'm so happy to be able to keep her eyes clean and bacteria-free. I really wish I had known about them when I had my shorkie, Buddy. The older he got, his tear stains became an issue and we tried everything to remove them and basically gave up. These would have been a huge blessing, they are so worth every penny! 

I also feel that the Healing Paw Conditioner is worth every penny, as well! Diesel's poor paws are rough like sandpaper, and will sometimes get small cracks in them. I applied a small amount to each paw, because a little goes a long way, and saw a pretty immediate change in the appearance of his paws. They went from being rough and hurting me when he pawed at me, to smooth and just a little bit scratchy. The paw conditioner smells amazing, but you do need to keep your pets from licking it. This was a bit difficult to do with Diesel, he gnaws on his paws, so we tried to apply it as close to his bedtime as possible to cut down on accidental licking. In just a week, his feet went from looking and feeling terrible, to being smooth and feeling great! We use the Healing Paw Conditioner each night and treat it like a spa treatment. In the beginning, he wasn't the biggest fan of us touching his feet, but he loves it now. He sits in my lap every night and lets me give him a puppy massage as we apply it to his paws.
