Celebrate Chanukah This Year with Manischewitz, #MBPHOLIDAY20

Thank you so much to our friends at Manischewitz for sending me these items for review!
All thoughts and opinions are my own!

December 10th, 2020 was the first official day of Chanukah, and while I'm a Christian, my family has several friends that are Jewish and celebrate Chanukah. We, as a family, understand the role that Judaism has played in our faith and also celebrate with our Jewish brothers and sisters. If you don't know what Chanukah is, it is the celebration of light, where the Maccabees took victory over a Syrian Army, and the oil for the light in the temple, which should have only lasted one day, lasted eight days. It was a Miracle!

This year, Manischewitz wants to make sure that you have fun while celebrating Hannukah, and what better way than with your very own Chanukah House Cookie Decorating Kit. It's a great way to get little ones involved in the Holiday and teach them about their faith and heritage. The kit includes the house pieces, four icing colors, sprinkles, mini beads, six-point star and menorah sugar decorations, sanding sugar, and easy to follow instructions on the back of the box.

I can't wait to be able to put this together with my niece and nephew and explain to them why we celebrate Chanukah with our Jewish brothers and sisters. I know they are going to be thrilled to put this fun cookie house together, and I know they are going to love learning about the history of Chanukah. My entire family has been separated for most of the year and we will be together at the end of this month and plan to make this house decorating kit into an evening of fun and learning!
