Weekends with the Wigglesworths- Time for Some Celebrating!

Happy Saturday, friends! Let me just tell you, this weekend couldn't get here fast enough. We're still doing virtual schooling and this week we welcomed 2 of my nephews to the mix. I absolutely love having them here, but trying to keep up with 4 kids, in 4 different grades, at 4 different schools is exhausting! Thank goodness we're in for a 3-day weekend.

I'm looking forward to some celebrating this weekend. Yesterday was Matt's birthday. I didn't have anything planned, but ended up making lamb stew (and a lamb roast) for dinner and ordered a cake through Instacart. We have lots of leftovers, which will actually be extremely helpful during the week since, as I mentioned earlier, virtual schooling with 4 kids is exhausting!

Matt also got some pretty wonderful homemade cards from his daughters and some great gifts covered in wrapping paper that his parents had left over from his childhood!

Today, the plan is to get together with some family and continue to celebrate Matt's birthday. He's pretty great and there are quite a few people that love letting him know that, especially on his birthday! I'm so glad I've gotten to celebrate birthdays with him for the last 23 years, and I look forward to celebrating so many more together!
