Weekends with the Wigglesworths- Happy 4th of July 2020!

Happy Saturday, friends. It's the first weekend of July and today's the 4th of July, so there is a double reason to celebrate...even though our celebrations this year will likely look very different from years past.

Today, we'll be spending time with Matt's parents, who are celebrating their 45th wedding anniversary this weekend! I've done some research and the gift for the 45th wedding anniversary is sapphire and the flower is the blue iris. I think they'll be pleased with their anniversary gifts.

In addition to celebrating their anniversary, we'll be breaking open the remaining goodies in our YearCheer 4th of July Box with Matt's parents. I can't wait to show them all the awesomeness inside.

Our city will be doing their fireworks display tomorrow. Residents have been asked to "watch from home" since everyone is still exercising caution and social distancing. I'm glad we can actually see them from our house, although I am pretty much over fireworks since they've been being set off around town since mid-June. 😒

This year our 4th of July weekend plans will be pretty tame, compared to previous years, but I know we'll still have a great time.
