It's Time for Slime... Gummy Slime, That Is! #CampWarnerBros

Happy Week 3 of Camp, everyone! We have had some really cool things to watch and do so far this summer, thanks to Camp Warner Bros! I'm still keeping camping running smoothly as trusted camp director (ahem- need to adjust my hat), and this week, I'm beary excited to share a cool and yummy activity with you, as well as a really fun watchable!!

This week at Camp Warner Bros., Cartoon Network’s beloved bears will stack up in their greatest adventure, with their first movie ever – We Bare Bears: The Movie! Get ready for lovable bear hugs, digital culture references, life lessons – and Gummy Bear Slime!

My favorite candy- now as edible slime!

Do your kids love to make slime? Mine sure do! It can be a lot of fun, but it's even more fun when you and make it and then EAT IT! That's right! This week, we're making gummy slime that you can play with and then eat. Talk about a treat!

Here's How to Make the Gummy Slime...

This is so easy and so much fun to make! Gummy bears are my favorite candy!

We had lots of fun playing with the gummies first- stacking them, knocking them down, and uh- eating a few, too. It was fun to melt them down in the microwave, but here's a warning- an adult needs to do this. Melted gummies are very hot, and even I burned myself while doing this step.

After the gummies are melted, add the dry mixture spoonful by spoonful until it reaches a slime-like consistency. I found this to be VERY sticky, so we added a lot of the dry mix!

Gummy slime is so much fun... and yummy, too!

Beanie Boo had a blast making this with me, and played with this for at least an hour. She did have a few tastes, too! We had a ball playing and laughing while pulling and kneading this tasty slime! It was such a cute and fun activity to go along with watching We Bare Bears: The Movie!

This is such a fun and cute movie! Beanie especially loved the cute characters, as this was our first time seeing this cartoon. It's definitely a fun-filled adventure for the entire family!
