Kid Friendly, Breakfast Pizza!

Meal time is always a topic of contention in my household. While there are only two of us, we have very different tastes in food, and it can often lead to frustration when meal planning. I'm sure that I am not alone in this, as many a parent can agree that meal time can just plain suck!

Something that doesn't suck though, is Breakfast Pizza! My hubby is a lover of all things breakfast, and all things pizza! It's probably two of his favorite types of meals! With the shortage of food lately, I had been looking for meal options that wouldn't break the bank, and would be easy to find the ingredients for. I had several of the ingredients on hand when Cory suggested a breakfast pizza. I only needed to get a crust, and some cheese!

Now I know that in some areas, eggs have been hard to find and if that is the case in your area, you can definitely make this without eggs! Add potatoes if you have them to make this a bit heartier, you really can't go wrong with a breakfast pizza, the topping options are endless!

Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Lined a baking sheet with parchment paper, and lay out your pizza crust. Add 1 cup of cream gravy to the crust, making sure that the surface is evenly covered. Add as much or as little to make your pizza to the sauciness you like! Layer with eggs, then bacon and sausage, top with cheese. You can add onion and peppers if your family likes those veggies. Bake for 15 minutes. Once cheese is melted and the crust is to your liking, take out of the oven and let it cool off. Slice, and enjoy!

What are you waiting for? Get your pizza on!
