When my husband and I started dating, he had a tad of facial hair, and otherwise had a smooth babyface. As we inched closer to our wedding date, his facial hair began to grow in thicker, and his beard became fuller. Through the almost twelve years we've been married, his beard has seen a lot of changes- close shaves, trimmings, thinnings, growing in thicker, and changing color.
