Hello and Happy Friday to you, friends! 

Today's post is going to be a little dramatic, because I'm kind of "in my feelings" (as they say), but I wanted to let you all know something kind of big is about to happen.

Friends, today is the last Friday of my 30s! I'll be turning the big 4-0 next Tuesday. I've mostly been at peace with it, but today I'm experiencing an uneasiness about the fact that this milestone birthday is so close. 

Remember that episode of Friends when Joey has a meltdown about his birthday? He was only turning 30! I'm (about to be) ten entire years older than that! 

I'm both the oldest I have ever been and the youngest I will ever be again.
