Some of you know that I love to try recipes that I see go around on Facebook. I kept seeing this really easy pineapple cake and it looked so yummy. And it was only 2 ingredients, so I gave it a try. It was super easy and super yummy but not very pretty. Mine looks like a dump cake...but sometimes looks doesn't matter!
This is probably the easiest recipe I have ever tried. All you need is an angel food cake mix and a can of crushed pineapple.
All you need
Mix together. Hard to see in this picture but it is frothy.
Pour into baking dish
Yum!
Take a box of Angel Food cake mix (just the contents of the box, don't follow the directions on the box) and combine it with a can of crushed pineapple in it's own juice. Stir by hand. The mixture starts to froth and it turns into a bowl of airy deliciousness. Once it's all mixed up, pour it into a 9x13 pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350. We enjoyed our cake with a little scoop of cool whip.
