Cinderelly, Cinderelly... the iconic Disney Princess is sweeping through homes this summer, thanks to her story's Anniversary Edition release on Disney BluRay, DVD & Digital. We're proud owners of the new release and have never been more excited to add to our home movie collection. We're avid Disney movie lovers and collectors, and to have Cinderella in our personal collection is the sparkly blue icing on the cake.
It brings me so much joy as a mom to be able to introduce my kids to Disney movies I have loved since my own childhood. Cinderella has paved the way for so many Disney Princesses, not to mention, her iconic castle sits at the very heart of Walt Disney World. You can't miss it in the Magic Kingdom, and you can't help but want to have your picture snapped in front of it.
Our most recent Walt Disney World trip was already two summers ago! We need to go back ASAP!
Cinderella is one my my favorite Disney Princesses, and I have had so much fun introducing Bean to her magical story. To help us share in the magic and fun of Cinderella coming to DVD, BluRay & Digital, we were able to spend a little time doing some celebratory sewing of our own with a couple of Cinderella Sewing kits and activities!
Our Cinderella Sewing Kit came with everything needed to make a DIY Cinderella play apron!
I'm not great with sewing, but this sweet little sewing kit made it easy to whip up an adorable Cinderella apron, perfect for playtime! With just a few snips, stitches, etc., Bean had a cute little apron to add to her dress up collection!

Bean hasn't taken the apron off much since it was completed and she began wearing it. It's even stayed on in the car, and she wore it all day at her Grammy and Poppa's house!

This project is great for kids ages 6+. I helped Bean with her plush friend, but B was able to create his on his own. I was so happy to see him working on a sewing project. It's such an important skill to have regardless of age or gender.
