10 Minute Steak Fajitas

I love fajitas and while authentic is my favorite it gets pretty expensive for our family to go.  So I am working on getting my own version at home.  At least every other week we are doing a basic fajita which has been a big hit in my house.  Best news is it takes less than 10 minutes to make and be on the plate.  So this week I want to share this quick and easy recipe.
What you will need
1. 1.5-2 pounds of diced steak
2. Steamable Rice
3. Tortilla
4. Cheese
5. Diced Peppers

Directions
Cook and season the meat to your preferred tastes
(We use Adobe with a little bit of steak seasoning)

While the meat is cooking pop the steamable rice in the microwave
(We use Birdseye Steamfresh rice and veggies)

As the meat comes to a the end of cooking time add in the diced peppers.
(We prefer them a little al dente, but if you prefer fully cooked add them with the first step)

Serve mixed on a tortilla soft shell either warmed or not with a sprinkle of cheese.
