Happy Saturday, friends! I have a huge smile on my face today because we are officially on summer break. It feels like I've been waiting 181 days for this moment to arrive 😉
Last night, I started summer break watching my nephew graduate high school. I cannot fully explain just how unreal the moment felt. I will say I held it together for nearly the entire ceremony. I was absolutely fine until he walked across the stage with his diploma in his hand. Then, all I could think about was the day he started kindergarten and how recent that moment felt. Time is funny this way.

Today we are hosting a birthday party/end of the year celebration for R. Since she injured her elbow a few days before her actual birthday, we had to hold off on her party and get the okay from her doctor. A few of her school friends and lots of her loved ones will be gathering at the bowling alley to celebrate with her today.
Tomorrow is Father's Day! The girls are so excited and are hoping to celebrate with Matt at Lake Compounce. The weather report seems promising, so I've got my fingers crossed.
