Executive Pit Master Matthew Barry will be sharing his decades of experience at Midwood Smokehouse’s upcoming barbecue class, Barbecue 201, while you get to taste some of what Midwood has to offer. They'll be going over how to smoke wings properly and all the elements of the perfect tailgate for football season.
