Happy Saturday, friends! Today I am feeling a little down because we are wrapping up spring break and heading back to school/work on Monday. I'm always sad when our school breaks are over, and this one is no different, well, maybe a little different.

This Spring Break technically started a day early for us because R hurt her arm the Thursday before and so I kept her (and then Drew, of course) home on Friday. Can I just tell ya (and maybe you already know) how difficult it is to keep your extremely active, newly 7 years old child entertained with no visits to the park or anywhere that she could possibly do further damage to her arm? Uno and other board games only get you so far. Walks are "so boring" and movies get boring after a while too. 

Our spring break this year was nowhere near as fabulous as our spring break last year, but I'm still missing it already. It's nice to have a break from routine and spend some more quality, albeit "boring", time with the girls.
