Happy Saturday, friends! We left yesterday on a surprise trip for the girls (since we have a 4 day weekend) and they were so very excited to go on an out of town adventure. It's getting a little more difficult to plan these types of surprises since both girls have this need to try and figure out where we are going and what we are going to do. We did get them yesterday though and we are going to try to squeeze in a few more surprises today. 

The hotel we are staying in has a pool, so the first thing I want to do is take the girls down to the pool, hopefully before it gets crowded. Afterward, we'll go exploring the town. There are a few museums and a candy shop nearby that I want to check out and I'm sure we'll discover a few other fun places along the way. 

I'm excited for this weekend, not only because we are out of town, but because we are all together and building memories with each other. As much as we try, these moments don't happen nearly as often as we would like and I know that it's likely going to get more difficult as the girls get older.
