I was so surprised to see it have to many little compartments for such a compact bag! I love the wipes access on the side. The other side has a compartment if you want to keep anything cold, plus it comes with little sticks you can freeze or keep warm.

The changing pad is a nice thickness, great for changing littles and a nice size to refold and carry in the bag.
