The heroes in a half shell are back and ready for more action than ever before! Remember the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles show that came on back in the late 80's/early 90's? The original show was one of my favorites at the time. I always sort of related to April, who was always looking for the latest news scoop, and was always eager to swoop in and get in on the action with the famous pizza-loving foursome.

I wasn't surprised at all when my son became a TMNT fan a few years ago, and he's loved collecting everything TMNT from clothes, toys, books, and more ever since. The TMNT show has been revamped a bunch of times, and Nickelodeon is home to the latest reboot, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Of course, kids everywhere want to be able to enjoy TMNT action and adventure at home, and Nickelodeon and Playmates Toys have the Rise of the TMNT toys that your kids are going to be begging for this holiday season.

I got the chance to preview the new Turtle Tanks and Turtle Figures, and they are turttly-rad!

As seen in Nickelodeon’s new animated series, Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Donatello builds a villain-busting’ Turtle Tank to transport the Turtles through New York City and the realms below with all the firepower needed to kick some shell!
