It features Bluetooth capability, which is a big hit because Aiden is always listening to music on his phone.  He can download the app that controls the the riding modes and he can check battery life with the app.  The T380 will go 8 miles per hour and the battery life will last for 11 miles.  It has a quick charge that will only take a couple of hours.  That is a big plus!  I have been at his friends houses and their boards have to charge for very long periods of time.  They seem to spend more time charging than being used.  I am also very happy that the battery is in an air tight aluminum enclosure that will prevent overheating or it bursting into flames.  I have heard horror stories of that happening.  The T380 is a very solid, heavy board.  I picked it up thinking it was lightweight and was very surprised.  I read a lot of reviews on this hoverboard when we received it and they are all very good.  I appreciate the safety features that Swagtron has put into this fun toy.
