Dairy Free Brownies Recipe: Perfect For Your Child's Class Christmas Party

With two little boys in elementary school, often times there are children in their classes with allergies or food aversions. We do not want these kiddos to feel left out at holiday parties, so tuck this recipe away for the next time you need to make a "dairy-free dessert"!

This recipe comes to you from Dinners Dishes And Desserts

Cast of Characters:

1/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Silk Almond Milk
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 Tsp Vanilla
3/4 Cup Flour (use almond flour if you need to)
1/2 Tsp Salt

Preheat your oven to 350 degree. You can use a square baking dish or rectangle if you want them to be thinner. Spray with nonstick spray.
Mix together oil, almond milk and cocoa powder until smooth. Add in sugar, egg and vanilla and mix until smooth. Finally add flour and salt and mix well. Pour into your baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on your oven). Test the center to be sure it is cooked evenly.

Cut into squares and enjoy! Let me know if there is someone in your life that would enjoy this dairy-free option and if you plan to give it a go!

BLESSINGS,
