Do you love to cook? When my husband and I were first married, we absolutely loved coming home at the end of a long work day, and making dinner together. As newlyweds, it was one of those blissful, magical things that seemed so special. Looking back, it's one of the things that I miss most! With two kids, and completely different jobs than the ones we had eleven years ago, we're rarely home together, and dinnertime can be sort of chaotic.

Over our last wedding anniversary, we promised each other that we'd be better about finding the time to cook together, and creating meals that were something to post on Insta about. We found, however, that our cookware has seen better days. Just as some of our salad plates have chipped through the wears, our pans have seen a bit of wear, and baby, they're not what they used to be.

I was always envious of my grandmother's amazing, and beautiful stainless steel pots and pans. I'm not sure where they wound up, but I was sad that I wasn't able to take them home with me after she passed away a couple fo years ago. I have a lot of wonderful memories of my grandmother's cooking, and her crazy portions! She had three boys, and eleven sisters and brothers, so she always cooked for a small army. Gosh, I miss that woman.
With Tyler Florence's beautiful Vita Craft chef pans, I am able to keep my grandmother's memory alive in my own kitchen. I love prepping some of her favorite dishes, like Capellini Pomodoro, and cranberry chicken in the fabulous 13" chef pan. The cover is an added bonus, especially if you're a fan of steaming! This pan cooks everything beautifully, and evenly, and it's not as hard to clean as you might think!

This is my new favorite pan to prepare breakfast in! It's so easy to fry an egg with no added fat to the pan! Nothing sticks to this awesome chef pan. I love this size, too! I have a hard time lifting and holding onto big pans, so this pan is perfect for little me with petite wrists. Breakfast is a breeze, and so is the cleanup, thanks to this fantastic pan!
