Weekends with the Wigglesworths- Now That it Really is Saturday

Happy Saturday, friends! I had to triple check that it was actually Saturday today, after yesterday morning's events.

Yesterday, we had our first late wake up of the school year because after hearing my alarm go off the first time, I convinced myself that I could rest for just 5 more minutes. During that 5 minutes, I kept waking up enough to tell myself I didn't really need to wake up just yet because it was Saturday. When I woke up an hour and 15 minutes later, I knew it wasn't really Saturday and we went into hurry the heck up mode.

It wasn't a great way to start the day, finding out it really wasn't the start of the weekend, but now the weekend is here!

This weekend is going to be filled with some soccer games and family visits. My Gram comes home from Florida today, so I'm excited to finally be able to see her since she's been gone almost a full month.

D & R are going to be spending the night with Matt's parents, after today's game. I'm not quite sure what I'll be doing to keep busy once they are gone, but I'm sure I'll find something.

I've had ideas for a small makeover for the girls' bedroom, so maybe I'll take advantage of them being out of the house and Matt being here to get it done. We'll see.....
