Creative QT: Products to Inspire Kids and to Assist Parents

Thank you to Creative QT for the products. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

Creative QT is a company all parents can get behind. Founded by parents of five of their own, Adam and Dana Sue Hinkle strive to make products that help organization and encourage play and family time. Creative QT has three major priorities:

1. Foster Imagination Based Play
2. Promote Organization and Clean Up
3. Cultivate Parent/Child Engagement

As a mom of two littles of my own, I am in love with the company's goals and products. Anything has multiple uses and supports my child's development is a win-win for parents and children. In such a digital age, we want kids to still be participants in their own homes and learning experiences.

Hendrix and I both are really loving this Stuff 'n Sit. You can put stuffed animals in it, blankets, pillows, or anything else that might make it a cushy seat. It creates a purpose for those extra things lying around. The material is very durable and it has a handle to move it around or carry it. Of course, Hendrix not only uses it as a seat, but also plays with/on it, and uses it as a little reading spot.

These Peel 'n Stick Baseplates are so neat! You can basically create a building area anywhere in your home. My nephew likes to create structures on the outside wall of his bedroom. This aspect is so cool because it encourages creativity outside the box if you will. They aren't confined to one space. Let your kids' imaginations run wild and their creativity flow.

Hendrix likes that he has a specific surface on which to build. And it is that easy. Peel back the paper and stick to whatever surface you are wanting to make a building surface. This makes being creative so much easier when it is more accessible. Encourage your kids to play whenever and wherever they can.

I wrote a post about chores recently and trying to figure out age appropriate chores. Hendrix has been helping around the house and these chore sticks are great for a few reasons.

  • You can display chores that need to be done to remind your kids
  • You can have a random selection of chores out of the 42
  • You can make it a game!
  • There are 8 blank sticks to write your own if you want
Creative QT even has downloadable games you can play with the chore sticks. Cleaning has never been more fun and engaging. Hendrix really enjoys being a helper and contributing to household maintenance and helping with his brother. The Chore Sticks give him the opportunity to help even more and he's always so proud after accomplishing a task. Give the kids a little more responsibility and they'll thrive.

Look how clear they are! All the chores are very reasonable and practical. I think I'm going to make a display of some sort for chores right now since Hendrix is still little.

Want it? Buy it!

The Extra Large Stuff 'n Sit is $34.95 and comes in a variety of colors. You're basically buying an extra seat that declutters your home-it's a no brainer.

The Chore Sticks are currently on sale for $14.95 (regularly $19.99).

The Peel 'n Stick Baseplates are $29.95 for a pack of four. They come in a variety of colors if you don't like blue or green.
