One of my son's favorite Disney movies of all time is Big Hero 6. When the movie released a few years ago, our whole family fell in love with Baymax- how could we not? After an emotional and exciting adventure in the movie, we were left wanting more Hiro, Baymax, Fred & friends. Now the whole gang is back and ready to tackle some serious superhero situations!

The adventures continue for tech genius Hiro Hamada and his healthcare companion, the lovable, inflatable Baymax! Picking up right before the end of the film, Hiro thinks Baymax is lost forever until he finds the chip Tadashi designed to create Baymax. In this seven-episode series (including the 44-minute Disney Channel Television Movie), the stakes are raised for Hiro, Baymax, and their friends: adrenaline junkie Go Go, control freak Wasabi, chem whiz Honey Lemon and fanboy Fred – as they fight to protect San Fransokyo as the legendary superhero team Big Hero 6. Our Thoughts...
The series is awesome! If you loved the Big Hero 6 movie, you're definitely going to want to add the series to your Disney DVD collection. My kids raced to open the DVD and watch it as soon as we got it. My son absolutely loves Baymax, thinks Fred is hysterical and thinks Go Go is so cool. Honey Lemon and Wasabi are my favorite characters, and Baymax, of course. The heroes find themselves on lots of new adventures in the series & there's even the return of Little Yama! What an exciting twist! We're watching the DVD episode by episode and it's a great way to add a little more excitement to our summer.
