Not long ago, my husband and I were strolling through the local mall with our kids. We had been on a swimsuit hunt for the better part of the day and hadn't had much luck. Our kids were tired, hungry, cranky, and both adults were running out of steam. Our next course of action was just to get out of there and regroup in the car. On our way down the main corridor, we noticed a gorgeous sports car on display. We had to stop to take a closer look because the car looked completely foreign to us. After further investigation, we realized the car was none other than a KIA! We were floored and immediately began to consider a KIA for our next vehicle.

I remember when KIA was pretty new to the auto scene. A few of my friends purchased KIAs for their first 'grown-up car,' and really loved them. Over the years, Kia has really risen in popularity, dependability, and affordability. They look better than ever and continue to receive amazing ratings in consumer reports. We're in the market for a new car for our family, and we're absolutely looking at Kias.

Fun Names

They have cool names and fun commercials. Two of my family members have owned and absolutely loved their Kia SOULs. Do you remember the commercials with the hampsters driving the cars around? Hilarious! Kia is constantly improving upon their designs, making their cars highly sought after. Plus, they give their vehicles really fun names!

They Look Amazing

Ten or more years ago, Kias were just starting to up their game in the appearance department. I remember really liking my friend's Kia Sorento- inside and out. All these years later, Kias are downright gorgeous- the sedans and crossovers to their sporty cars look very European and if I do say so myself- sweet! I would happily drive around in a Kia, enjoying all the bells and whistles, not to mention the overall fun of driving a sexy-looking car!

Amazing Value

Okay, so they're not bottom dollar price-wise anymore (like they were in the beginning), but they still offer an incredible value. There are so many awesome and affordable price points when it comes to Kia. You can find a used one for a teen driver, or you can go for a higher priced, high-end model if you have more bucks to shell out.

Great Family Cars

When I think of cars for my family, Kia really is at the top of the list. They have great safety ratings, lots of room, and are super durable. They're perfect for toting around kids, pets, gear, or for family travel. They also perform well in less than desirable weather conditions. 

Hot Crossovers

Crossover vehicles are becoming more and more popular among families, as well as single drivers. My husband is a huge fan of crossover vehicles, because it gives the driver the performance abilities they love about sporty sedans, but also give you the room and convenience of a larger vehicle without feeling like you're driving a big SUV.

I've been very impressed by the Kias we've looked at. I'm hoping to rent a Kia for our next family vacation so we can see firsthand how well the kids do on a long trip. We make several big trips a year, and definitely, need our next family vehicle to give us space and safety features we need as a family of four.
