Happy Saturday! It's almost Christmas, can you believe it? I still have a few people to shop for, but all in all, things are set and most gifts are wrapped, which is a pretty big deal in this house. Today, the focus will be on tying up the last minute details- picking up the last few gifts, baking, and making my Grandmom's "Heavenly Hash".
We should have started some of the baking earlier in the week, but since today is rainy and the roads are pretty slick, it's the perfect day to stay inside and get some baking done. Hopefully, we can resist "sampling" all the goodies we plan on making, so that they reach their official destinations tomorrow and Monday.
Tomorrow, we'll be spending Christmas Eve with my family and then spending Christmas Day with Matt's. I kind of stress out about all of the running around, but it always works out perfectly, so I am trying to focus on that. Thankfully, we only have to drive about 30 minutes away, since most of our family members live in Connecticut.
I hope you all have a great weekend, no matter what you'll be doing. From the Wigglesworth Crew to you: HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
