Encourage Kids to Work with Computers Using Piper #review #MBPHGG17

Thank you to the Piper Company for the computer kit. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

The holiday season can be a cause of great stress and concern as the ever important decisions about gifts loom over everyone's head. What can I possibly get the person who has everything he or she could ever want? What do I get for the preteen who is only into video games and cash these days? As my eight nieces and nephews get older, it becomes more difficult to find gifts that they will like that are also unique. Their interests change but are also very specific at the moment.

I was thrilled about the Piper Computer Kit because I have two nieces who are very much into coding, robots, and computers. The Piper Computer Kit allows them to practice coding while also enhancing other skills like problem-solving. Once the kit is assembled, the owner can then explore the Raspberry Pi version of Minecraft. So cool! Piper is recommended for ages 8 to 12. Putting the Piper together usually takes 1 to 2 hours and all the missions take 8 to 10 hours.

Since I only have one, it will be tough to decide how to gift this awesome product. The Piper Computer Kit allows all kids to explore the inner workings of computers. As the world becomes more technological, this could be a worthy path as far a career or just great knowledge to have in general. Not only are the 9 to 12 hours of putting together the Piper and completing missions entertaining and educational, but there is also a creative mode that kids can explore endlessly. If you want to use Piper in a strictly educational setting, the company also sells curriculum to go with it. Versatile gift-giving options for computer kids in your life.
