Happy Saturday! I don't know about you, but I'm a little more excited than usual about the weekend finally arriving. I guess when you experience an entire week of insanity, the feeling you get when you realize it's the weekend can only be described as pure joy. That last sentence was filled with a little hyperbole, the entire week wasn't crazy, just Wednesday-Friday. 

Today, we're heading to the DMV. I'm a little wary of how crazy it might be, as I don't want to deal with any more craziness, but I need to renew my license before it expires next weekend. I would go during the week, but the idea of sitting there by myself does not appeal to me at all. Hopefully, it won't be too horrible an experience. 

In addition to the DMV trip, R has a soccer game today. Those are the only two things we have planned for today, besides laundry of course. Isn't our life just so exciting? I think I'm going to have to go ahead and make some better plans. Maybe we'll check out another "Escape the Room" place today!

Tomorrow is another soccer game for R, the last of the season! D finished her season last weekend, so after tomorrow we'll be done with soccer (until next year, of course). I cannot wait to see what these little ladies choose to do next. Do you think they offer organizing courses for kids? I'd love to sign them up for that, but I'm thinking it'll end up being something like gymnastics or maybe martial arts.
