Happy first Saturday of October! The house is abuzz this morning and we are looking forward to our upcoming soccer games, long weekend, and Matt's birthday on Monday. Right now though, in this moment, I'm looking forward to something else entirely.

Right now, in this moment, I am just looking forward to enjoying my first cup of coffee. This mom stayed up a little too late last night, on a mini-binge of 90s era movies, with the girls. First, we watched The Rugrats Movie and then we watched Anastasia! Yesterday was a long day, so I was already pretty tired by the time I sat down to watch, but I did make it through both of the movies. 

Later on, after the first soccer game, I'm hoping to head to the dollar store for some Halloween craft items. We have a nice 3 hour break between the end of one game and the start of the next, which means that we have plenty of time for lunch and errands. I'm hoping the girls are up for a craft project later this afternoon, I've been waiting for a good time to get it done, and a three day weekend seems like the perfect time!
