DeskCycle + Sitting in my Recliner = My Kind of Exercise! #review #MBPHGG17

Thank you to 3D Innovations for the DeskCycle in exchange for my honest review. All thoughts and opinions shared below are my own.

I do not like to exercise.  I really wish that I did enjoy it.  I do have a membership at a gym and I do use it and I do feel good when I leave there, but I sure would rather be at home sitting in my recliner.  Who's with me?  Well, with DeskCycle that is exactly what you can do!  I don't sit at my desk enough to use it there but I will definelty use it at home when I am sitting in my chair watching TV or working on my computer.

My husband, Chris was pretty excited about this package when he saw what it was.  He was the one to tear into it and put it together.  It was very easy to put together and came with easy to read instructions.  It even came with it's own wrench!  That was pretty impressive because my husband never puts his tools back where they should be and he would have spent an hour looking for one!  It took him about 5 minutes to assemble the DeskCycle and sit down to start cycling away.  We like that it has a tension control.  He had his tension up higher than what I set mine on.  And I am sure that Aiden will also be using this and will need to adjust his.  It also has keeps up with Calories Burned, Speed, Time and Distance.  While pedaling on your DeskCycle, you can pedal forwards and then also pedal backwards.  If you do use it at work at your desk, there is no need to worry about distracting your co-workers because the DeskCycle is very quiet.  My family will enjoy exercising from the comfort of our chair with our DeskCycle.

Benefits

The benefits of exercising at work are greater than just

losing weight,
improving your health,
and extending your lifespan.
People who exercise before or during work are

happier,
suffer less stress,
and are more productive.
This is the gist of a study performed at the University of Bristol.

The DeskCycle makes it easy to get safe and effective exercise while working at your desk. It's the only bike that was specifically designed for this purpose.

Lowest pedal height

At only 10 inches, the DeskCycle has the lowest pedal height of all pedal exercisers.

Smooth and quiet

The touch-free magnetic resistance system of the DeskCycle is both smooth and quiet. Most bikes have friction resistance that can be noisy and have jerky pedal motion that is distracting and unhealthy for your joints.

Smooth pedal motion is healthy for your joints, and lets you focus your attention on your work.

Quiet pedal motion lets your coworkers focus on their work.

Burn more Calories

The lowest resistance setting is easy. The maximum resistance of the DeskCycle is between 2 and 10 times the maximum resistance of the other pedal exercisers, not including the MagneTrainer.

Highest quality / longest lasting

The DeskCycle is built to last for years of maintenance-free use.

The DeskCycle has the same patented magnetic resistance system and high quality, heavy-duty components as the MagneTrainer.

Bidirectional pedal motion

Pedal the bike forwards or backwards. Pedaling backwards works opposite muscle groups.
