Well, I remained inconsistent with my workout schedule in March. I was sick for part of the month as well as Hendrix and Jon, so that didn't help much. I haven't gained any weight, but I haven't lost any either.
I've teamed up with a couple other moms of Hendrix's friends to stay motivated. We're challenging each other to eat healthier and lose a little weight. My main goal is to be healthy for myself and for my family.
I realize I don't always hold myself accountable for everything I eat. Not that I eat horribly necessarily, but I don't always realize what I'm putting into my body on a regular basis. So, to curb that, I downloaded MyFitnessPal to track my calories. It is also to help me make sure I'm eating enough fruits and vegetables.
I also have found a couple new workout series on YouTube to try at home.
What works for you? I'm always open to ideas!
