Can anyone tell me what season it is? Last week, it was 75 degrees and sunny in NC, and on Sunday morning, we woke up to snow. The groundhog had it right- we've definitely seen a good mix of winter lingering around for those last six weeks. We're in the home stretch, and spring is around the corner. I normally love winter, but for some reason, I have never been more excited to kiss it goodbye. It might have something to do with the fact that Baby S and I are chomping at the bit to wear some gorgeous new spring dresses!

Now that I have a sweet baby girl to dress up, I am so happy to rediscover Masala Baby. Where I was focused on boy's clothing before, I am now also focused on sweet picks for my little sweetie, and Masala Baby has numerous collections of girls clothing that are beyond beautiful!
We received three gorgeous pieces of clothing from Masala Baby this spring, and we couldn't wait to play dress up!

In the above photo, Baby S is wearing the gorgeous Ferry Dress in Bali Blue. I love the simple cut of the dress. It's made from a gorgeous light cotton material, and is very beautiful It's made in India, and has a beautiful lace trim decoration near the bottom. The fabric reminds me of being back in one of the gorgeous islands we toured while on a cruise with my family a few years ago. The print is inspired by Bali- gorgeous, and crystal clear blue waters! The dress is easy to wash and wear, and will soften the more you wash it. It has a simple button closure at the top, back of the neck.
Baby S loves lounging in her dresses... she didn't want to take of her pretty Ferry Dress in Bali Blue! Can't say that I blame her!

Baby S is also wearing the fluttery Organic Sumba Ruffle Dress in Turquoise. This is such a cute dress! The top is white, and features little blue fishies in print. The skirt is a ruffled nylon, with a cotton lining. I appreciate that the skirt of the dress is lined, otherwise, it would be itchy and uncomfortable for S (especially in warm weather!). The tiered skirt is so adorable! S loves playing in it, and crawling around in it. I have noticed that I have to watch her with it, so it doesn't catch on anything and snag or tear. This dress, like the Ferry Dress Bali Blue, is size 12-18 months. This dress is a looser fit, and S will be able to grow into it and wear it through the summer months. This is the perfect dress for us to pack and take along on our beach trip in May, and then on our trip to Florida in June!

It's so much fun to spend time and money dressing your little loves in adorable outfits... but don't forget about yourself! Masala Baby has a Masala Momma collection, and you're definitely going to want to check it out! Above, I am wearing the stunning Maxi Kurta Indian Floral Navy. I never really pictured myself wearing a Kurta before, but I am in love with this gorgeous piece! I paired it with a white cami, and white cropped leggings, and wore white sandals with it. A gorgeous turquoise or blue handbag and some fun accessories like blue, white or turquoise jewelry completes the look.
This is simply gorgeous for spring and summer. I am thinking of wearing this for Easter, and definitely plan on bringing it along on all of my summer trips. It's incredibly lightweight, super soft, and flowy. It's very comfortable to wear, and move around in.
Even with a half naked and wild baby crawling all over me, I am calm and comfortable in my new maxi kurta! Bring on the inevitable baby chase!
The maxi kurta fits so nicely, and looks so beautiful! I love the fabric with the blue and white, and the embroidery detail is just incredible! It buttons up the front, which is a huge bonus for me as a breastfeeding mom. It features 3/4 length sleeves- perfect for those cool spring and summer evenings!
