Gooey Crock Pot Chicken & Noodles #Recipe

Last week, I was desperate for a quick meal that I could make in my trusty crock pot. I rely on the crock pot at least once a week for a meal that I really don't have to think about, and that I can leave cooking at home when we're going to be home late. I didn't have time to go grocery shopping for additional ingredients and needed to use what I had in the pantry and fridge. I grabbed some chicken, and a few other simple food staples, and concocted a deliciously creamy, cheesy chicken and noodle dish that the whole family loved!

For this simple crock pot recipe, you will need:

2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup (with Herbs)
1/2 Cup Water
8 oz Cooked Pasta (I used Egg Noodles)
2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Place the chicken into the crock pot, and cover with the soup. Add 1/2 cup of water.

Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.

At the end of the cooking time, shred the chicken apart with a fork.

Add the cooked pasta to the chicken mixture and gently combine.

Gently fold in the cheese. If the mixture seems too thick, add a splash of milk.

Cover and let the cheese melt for fifteen minutes.

Serve this yummy dish up with your family's favorite veggies or sides!

This recipe couldn't be easier to follow, and the chicken dish is creamy and delicious! Baby S absolutely loved it, and so did hubby! We'll definitely be making this again soon! Hope you'll save the recipe and give it a try the next time you're looking for a great crock pot dish to serve!

Have a tasty Tuesday!
