Happy Valentine's Day! If you are looking for a quick, easy, and delicious dessert for tonight, look no further. These "Awesome Cocoa Brownies" are great for tonight, or really any night of the year because BROWNIES!

I have shared this recipe on another blog before, but since I can never seem to keep up with that one, I thought a re-share here would be a good idea.

You Need:

1/2 cup of cocoa 

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

1 cup of sugar

2 eggs

2 Tablespoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup of flour

1/2 cup of Nestle Sno-Caps

1/2 cup of mini marshmallows

Preheat your oven to 350°. Mix the oil and cocoa together, in a medium bowl, until well blended. Add the sugar and then slowly mix in the eggs and vanilla, until all of the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is creamy. Add the flour and mix for 2 minutes. Fold in the Sno-Caps and mini marshmallows and then pour batter into a lightly greased 9x9 pan (we used a heart shaped cupcake pan). Bake the brownies for 25 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
