Kicks that Fit: Fitkicks #MBPHGG16

Thank you to Fitkicks for giving this mom the opportunity to try your shoes for my honest review. All thoughts and experiences are mine and I am happy to share them with you.

I love to be barefoot, but when always on the go it isn't always an option. Flip flops are a close second, but not always pedi-perfect feet keep me from wearing anything open toed. I was introduced to Fitkicks by our friend, Charlie, at The Grommet. The Grommet helps to get the word out on new products that just need the chance to be seen to fall in love with them. I am grateful for the opportunity.

I was very unsure of these shoes coming out of the package as they looked tight and very uncomfortable... I was wrong. They feel like slippers, but can handle hiking and trail walking like no pair of sneakers I have ever owned. To be honest, I find sneakers to be uncomfortable and heavy on my feet because I wear them so infrequently. Fitkicks were comfortable and felt like I was barefoot. They handled rocky terrain pretty well despite the lightweight material. I was shocked... in a great way. I will say they do fit a little snug so I suggest going up a size if you can. I wear a 7.5 so I asked for the medium but they fit a little too snug and because of that they didn't last as long as they should have. Please don't be discouraged in this review, because I will be ordering another pair and paying for them despite my experience, because overall they are super comfortable, compact for packing, and easy to clean. Plus you cannot beat the variety of colors.
