This ham is so easy to make and would be a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving get together this month. There are only 4 ingredients and then pop it in the crock pot and forget about it for the next couple of hours. My family has this at least once a month because it will last us a couple of days and it is great on a sandwich the day after in our lunchboxes. I hope you will give it a try.
My ham covered in brown sugar
Cover in pineapple juice and maple syrup and ready to cook
Fresh out of the crock pot
So tender and easy to slice
Crock Pot Ham
Ham
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups pineapple juice
Rub the ham with brown sugar on all sides and place it in the crock pot. Pour pineapple juice and syrup over the ham. Cook on low for 4-5 hours. An hour before serving, pour juice over the ham. Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Enjoy!
Will definitely try it!
