Happy Saturday everyone! 

This morning, I was treated to (an attempted) breakfast in bed and 2 very sweet handmade cards from my beautiful little ladies to start off my birthday celebration. 

In a little while, the girls and I are heading to our local Stop and Shop to collect donations for their Annie the Owl fundraiser that will be benefiting the Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut. I am so excited, but also a tad bit nervous.

After that, I'll be coming home to start my birthday dinner (Lentil Soup) which I can hardly wait for. I started meal planning again, so I have been dreaming of tonight's dinner all week long. It is one of my all time favorite meals, and with the weather we have been having lately, it will be perfect for tonight. 

As far as I know, there are no other plans for today. Tomorrow, of course, will be another story!
