Almond Joy Cookies #tastytuesday

Almond Joy candy bars are my weakness!  I love them.  I went to a fun Girls Night Out Paint Party last week and one of the girls brought Almond Joy cookies for us.  Oh my goodness...they were amazing!!  And I ate 4 of them.  She shared the recipe and it is so simple.  They only have 4 ingredients.  If you like coconut, you will love these!
All 4 ingredients mixed together

Almond Joy Cookies

Prep time: 5 mins.          Cook time: 12 mins.

* 1 14 oz. bag of sweetened coconut flakes
* 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
*2/3 cup chopped lightly salted almonds
*1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 325.  Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.  In a large bowl, combine the coconut flakes, chocolate chips, almonds and condensed milk.  Stir until combined.  Scoop out dough onto the baking sheet with a cookie scoop.  Moisten the tips of your fingers with water and shape into discs.  Pat the tops flat.  Bake cookies for 12 - 14 minutes or until the tips of the coconut starts to turn golden brown.  Let cool on the baking sheet.  Store cookies in an airtight container.

I hope you guys will give these a try.  Let me know what you think!
Enjoy and Happy Tuesday!
