This is a screenshot from 2 years ago. In that time, I've more than gained back the weight that I lost and needless to say, I am not pleased.
I need to get my act together, and while that can be a daunting task, I am trying to focus on the fact that I already know what needs to be done!
Sometimes, when we don't get something quite right the first time, we tend to feel like failures. However, the only time we actually fail is when we stop trying.
Don't get hung up on your mistakes, move past them! You know what needs to be done and what doesn't work. You have the tools you need to reach your goals, use them!
