I love, love, love Christmas!!  Really about everything to do with Christmas!  I like to give gifts way more than I like to receive them.  I'm not rich and am not able to buy anything and everything for everybody but that's okay.  I am so so blessed with so many things in my life!  I thank God everyday for the many blessings he has given me!  My favorite gifts to buy are for children who are less fortunuate.  My husband and I do not buy each other gifts.  We both would rather spend that money to make someone else have a better Christmas.  I also love that Aiden is so excited to help us pick  tags from the Giving Tree and to take a shoebox to the store and pick out things to send to children far away.  We include a special note every year in hopes of hearing back from our long distant friends.  We just wrapped our gifts this weekend for our two Angels.  I chose a baby...who doesn't love to shop for baby goodies!!  I know I do! And Aiden chose a little boy the same age as him.  He had so much fun picking out things he would like because he knew his little Angel would like them too.  It warms my heart to know that on Christmas morning these Angels will have gifts under their tree and that we helped to make that happen.  That's what it's all about to me! Giving and knowing I'm making a difference.  I have bad days and I feel down and think "Why me?'  But then I have to think about how blessed I am.  So my challenge to you all is try to make someone's holiday a little brighter.  There are so many ways to do that.  And it doesn't even have to involve buying anything!  Take the time during this busy season to see what's around you and what you can do to make a difference...even in the smallest way!!
