Robitic fun with Ozobot #Review

I'm almost embarrassed to write this but this is such an awesome product I'm going to do my best!!  I do not understand coding.  I'm sorry!  I'm 44 years old and that is just not something I have learned about.  Thank goodness for my 7 year old.  When our Ozobot package came he was over the moon excited.  I had told him we were getting a little robot that we could play games with and download an app for the iPad to play with.  He couldn't wait and checked the front porch every day until our Ozobot arrived!  He very quickly ripped into the package and had it spread all over the living room floor.  I'm scrambling to read the instructions and telling him to hang on and all of a sudden our little Ozobot was zooming across a coded paper.  Aiden really didn't need my help to get started.  He knew more about it than I did.  I don't know if he actually understood it all but he had that little guy going all over and was explaining to me what each color combination meant.  I was pretty impressed!  He jumped right up the next morning and got ready for school so he would have time to play with his Ozobot!  We have not downloaded the app yet because I'm still trying to understand the whole concept but we sure are enjoying learning and playing with this little guy!  We got the Starter Pack and it has so much cool stuff to get you going with Ozobot.  I took lots of pictures and videos.  Take a look....

Evollve Inc. is a company built around the idea that blends creative thinking with business disciplines to bring new ideas to market. Our business focus is on introducing new ways to combine social interaction with digital apps. Our journey began in the spring of 2012 with the idea of finding different ways to play, learn and socially interact in an evolving digital world. The idea gained traction when we started researching robots and their evolution through time. We started by developing a line-sensing robot and began building from there. Two years and countless revisions later, our idea grew into the smallest smart robot we could make: Ozobot.

Enter a world of endless possibilities.
The Starter Pack includes all the necessary tools to ignite the imaginations of children, inspiring and enticing them to play with Ozobot, and in turn - teaching the child bold basics of coding. Whatever your child can imagine, the tiny robot can do.
The Starter Pack comes with Ozobot, 4 markers, 2 skins, DIY stickers, code sheets, a charging cable and over 20 activities.
