Homemade Cheese Crackers #TastyTuesday

I have seen this go across my Facebook and Pinterest many times and finally decided to try it!  We love Cheese It's at our house....me especially!! These were so, so good!!  We ate them all in one afternoon.  It was a little time consuming but I was using the same baking sheet.  Next time, I will have a 2nd one ready to go each time I pull one out of the oven.  That is the part that took so much time.  Even so, they were very well worth it.

This is the cheese I used.  I read that if you use the thicker cheese it also works, you just have thicker cheese crackers.  I used Colby-Jack, Baby Swiss, and Chedder.

I cut each cheese slice into 6 smaller pieces.

You bake them for 20 minutes at 200 degrees on pastry paper.

These are the chedder crackers.

These are my Swiss crackers.

Crispy, crunchy, yummy!!

This is so simple that anyone can do it!!  Give it a try and let me know what you think of them.
