Good Eats-What's for Dinner Tonight?

We are going to have a chicken and egg noodle casserole. I love making casseroles because there are so many leftovers to use for lunches during the week. I also love that casseroles freeze easily and make for a great, pre-cooked meal to throw in the oven.

At the moment I am reading emails. Tons, and tons of emails. Yuck!

Listening to Anything Good?

The other day Cory and I were listening to the Top 100 Christian songs on I-tunes. I sat there singing along to all of the songs that he played. He just looked at me like I was crazy for knowing all the songs. He likes to quiz me on songs to see if I know what the song is, or who is singing. I love playing! 

Whatcha Been Watching?

I am so addicted to Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt! That show is so funny, and the theme song has been stuck in my head for days. I've also stumbled upon Broad City. It's pretty funny, but as a twenty-something, I feel a bit out of touch with the show. 

I Dreamed a Dream of....

My husband's alarm goes off at 3:30am every morning and every other weekend. A few days ago, I dreamed that his alarm was going off, but he wasn't getting up to turn it off.(His alarm is a dubstep version of Fur Elise, it's kind of annoying. Don't get me wrong, I love classical music, but this version makes me want to scream!) The alarm kept going off, and the dogs were howling at it, there was some kind of weird baby crying in the background and I just wanted it to stop. I ended up getting out of bed, grabbing a hammer and smashing the phone into a millions pieces. A few minutes later, his alarm went off for real, and I thought I was in some episode of the Twilight Zone! 

What I'm Loving this Week....

That I was able to finally get my car in the shop and have all 3 recalls fixed. I now feel safe when driving down the road! 

I am So Done With...

Dirty Dishes and Laundry. It never ends. I've had a pile of towels and a sink full of dishes for days, I start a load and run the dishwasher and then I have to go do something else, and it never gets finished. I always tell my Mom that I would rather clean the toilets with my bare hands, than do the dishes!
