Getting to Know You Thursdays: Steph

Thanks for dropping by to get to know the MBP team of bloggers a little better. This week, we're catching up with MBP Contributor Steph.

Good Eats- What's For Dinner Tonight?

Tonight is Thursday, so we have dance and Adam has basketball until 9. The kids will be having chicken nugget rollups, fruit, and yogurt, this is my go to meal for them. B will have chicken, cheese, ranch, and lettuce in his rollup, S will have a cheese rollup with chicken on the side, and C will have diced chicken and cheese cubes. Adam and I will be having leftovers from Tuesday night. I am gone on Tuesday nights for my RCIA classes so I usually throw something in the crockpot for that night and we heat it up on Thursday as well.

Whatcha Reading?

We just booked our Disney trip for next fall, so we are reading up on all the Disney Guides for tips and ideas. We are so excited for our trip, it will be so hard to wait so long to go, but planning makes the time go quickly. Any fun suggestions for us, it will be our third trip.

Whatcha Been Watching?

The usual shows in our rotation are Survivor, Top Chef, Amazing Race, all things the kids can watch with us and have fun guessing what is going to happen and who will win the challenges. Adam and I also watch some comedies. We have also been pulling out Christmas shows and DVRing them to watch later too.

What I'm Lovin' This Week...

Christmas preparation. We have already have one family Christmas, so gifts have started, thank you notes are out, and we are finishing up our final prep. B had his school program this week, I love that we go to private school and can celebrate the reason for the season. His school sings religious songs and reenacts the birth of Jesus, what a glorious time.

What I'm Looking Forward To...

Christmas Break, I love having my kids home, no schedules to follow, just fun times together. I also am hoping for NO SNOW!
