It's friday!! And that means it's time for a fitness tip.
Over the past few years, I have gained a good bit of weight. It's been frustrating because I was a fitness nut. I would wake up and work out, if I had time in the middle of my day, I would work out, and I would finish my day with a work out. When I got married, that all got set aside, but my recent health issues have made me see that I need to get back into a normal fitness routine.
When I sit down to watch a favorite show, or listen to some music, I grab my weights and use that as an opportunity to tone up my arms. I keep 2lb weights close by and while the show is on I do different exercises, and when the commercials are on, I give myself a break. It's a quick and easy way to tone your arms quickly without realizing you are exercising.
