Happy Sunday, everyone. I won't make this post long- promise. I just got in from morning worship at my church (St. John's Lutheran, Salisbury, NC) and am kicking my boots off (because my feet are killing me), and taking a bit of time to rest. I'm one of many volunteer worship team leaders for our 9 am contemporary worship service, and my early Sunday mornings are always very rushed, and sometimes filled with a bit of anxiety here and there, hoping everything will run smoothly. This is my time to just rest and remember God's promises, and reflect on today's message on Abraham, from our Sr. Pastor, Rhodes Woolly.

As I take my rest this morning, and then later enjoy spending time with my family this afternoon, I wanted to just share 'Hope Now' with you. We sang this beautiful song during worship this morning, and it was my privilege to lead this song alongside of Hannah, one of our young vocal leaders, who is so very gifted, and has such a beautiful heart for God, and is currently studying worship arts in college.

No matter what you face this day, friends- may God's love and grace surround you, and may you rest in His presence, and be filled with His peace.
