Well, another Saturday is here, and another Saturday song is stuck in my head. This time it is Saturday Night by the Bay City Rollers. This song actually came out a few years before I was even born, but I grew up listening to a wide variety of music and this is one of the many "oldies" that I love.

We don't have anything too special planned for today. Just like last weekend, today is supposed to be beautiful and tomorrow it is supposed to rain, so I think we will be spending as much of today outside as we can. I am also hoping to get a little garden started, since Drew has been showing quite the interest lately. I just wish I knew what the heck I was doing as far as gardening is concerned.

I am really excited about tomorrow! Yes, of course because it is Mother's Day, but also because Dr. Tim Hines will be speaking at our church tomorrow! This will be the first time I get to see him speak in person and I am kind of giddy about it. I cannot wait to hear the message he will be delivering. I am also happy because I invited my mom to come to church and she agreed! It's going to be a beautiful and amazing day, despite the rain!

I hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day and get to spend some great time with your family. I guess it will be staying inside day if it rains for you. It will be sunny and in the upper 60's so we will be outside having fun.
ReplyDeleteKaren, I hope you enjoyed your day! It ended up being just the opposite of what the weather predicted, Saturday was nice with a few periods of heavy rain popping up later in the day and Sunday was GORGEOUS!
