March into Spring with Mini Souls Kids Clothing #Review and #Giveaway

Being mommy to a little boy is never dull. I'm a pretty girly girl, I knew that I would only get to dress my little man in adorable, cute little boy outfits for so long. He's becoming such a big boy- wanting to play with the other boys, and do big boy things, too. It's important to me that my son is stylish, comfortable, and isn't walking around, looking like a carbon copy of all of the other little boys.

I'm always on the lookout for unique apparel for B, who is three years old. When I came across Mini Souls, I knew I'd found something unique. Mini Souls is owned by Emily Moore, and is based in Canada. Mini Souls offers an exclusive line of children's clothing that is fashion forward, and sweatshop free! Every single piece of clothing from Mini Souls is made with a lot of love and care, so that your mini soul receives the very best!

I was so happy to connect with Emily, who kindly put together an outfit for B, in a size 4T. Balian is really becoming quite tall, and sometimes, I have a hard time knowing if he'll still fit well in the toddler sizes! I couldn't wait to see what the gals at Mini Souls picked out for him!

Our package from Mini Souls arrived all wrapped up, which made for a lovely presentation!

Ready to unwrap our little gift from Mini Souls!

B and I were greeted by these awesome camo print pants!

The pieces we received from Mini Souls were definitely outside of the box for B! Not only had he never before owned camo print pants, but these pants were extra unique! You'll see why in just a minute! Underneath the pants, was a t-shirt to match!

What a great combination! Camo print pants and a t-shirt that literally says, 'Boy!'

Here's a peek at the entire outfit we received from Mini Souls- looks great!

As soon as I showed B his new pants, he was eager to try them on. I shouldn't be surprised that he loves unique fashion as much as his mommy, right? The neat thing about the Camo Pants, is that they're not just your average cotton pants for kids... they're harem pants! Harem pants are a bit roomier around the middle than most pants, which is awesome! We've never tried harem pants with B before this, so I was very interested to see how B would react to them.

The Camo Harem Pants by Mini Souls feature the Mini Souls label on the outside, near the pocket.

Interestingly enough, B begged to try these pants on right before we were getting ready to do kids yoga together. I couldn't help but let him wear the pants as we did some simple yoga movements together. He happily explained to me that they were his very own yoga pants, and that he loved them.

Soft and comfy, 100% cotton harem pants- perfect for working out and play time!

B has been enjoying his camo harem pants from Mini Souls so much that he's been asking to wear them over and over again! I have been delighted to see him so comfortable in these pants, and they go well with just about any of his other t-shirts. However, they look best with the awesome 'Boy' t-shirt that we were sent along with the pants!

'I just want to sleep in these pants...on the floor!'

Both the pants and t-shirt are all cotton and handmade. The size 4T in both pieces fit B perfectly- they're even a little roomy, which is music to my ears, since so many of his clothes wind up only being worn a handful of times before he has outgrown them. I know I can count on these pieces sticking around in B's wardrobe for a while!

Both the pants and t-shirt are lightweight and breathable, making them wonderful transition pieces from the end of winter into spring. It's still chilly here, so they'll keep him warm enough, but they'll also be comfortable for B to wear as the temperatures begin to rise.

Our Mini Souls outfit was perfect to start our day out in... here's B, enjoying breakfast in his new outfit.

The Mini Souls tee and harem pants combo held up like champs through our at home preschool lesson, and arts and crafts, too!

B has napped in this adorable outfit, worn it comfortably while out and about, and proudly worn the word 'Boy' across his chest, so there's no mistaking his gender! It's the hair- but he won't let us or anyone else cut it. I think the harem style pants are really fun and unique, and I'd love to have another pair or two for B to wear through the spring and summer months.

All boy and proud of it! Thanks, Mini Souls!

The Mini Souls Harem Pants are available in sizes from 3 mo through 6T, for boys and girls, and sell for $22.91. The Boy T-Shirt is also available in sizes from 3 mo through 6T, and sells for $13.79.

  15. i hate when i walk into a store looking for kid clothes and the kids section looks like the teen section. the shorts are way too short, the shirts are crop tops, and the jeans are too tight. i continue to see this happening more and more at almost all department stores.
