Baked chicken tenders and some sort of side.
Josh's day off is Thursday so I usually put him in charge of cooking. He's good at it, and he likes it. I requested his homemade baked chicken tenders for dinner this week. He takes boneless skinless chicken tenders and dredges them in egg and breadcrumbs and then bakes them. He used to serve them with homemade mashed potatoes and homemade gravy but since we are eating healthier we'll probably do salads or some sort of veggie.
Just So Stories by Rudyard Kipling
They are fun little stories like "How The Camel Got His Hump". I recently found out my phone has an e-reader app and these came preprogramed on the app.
The Frozen Soundtrack
I haven't seen the movie yet but my students are obsessed with it so it's basically all we are allowed to listen to. Good thing its fantastic! Plus my niece Scarlett would be proud!!
I've been having a lot of dreams about work and/or driving my car from the back or passengers seat.
The fact that this is our last week before Spring Break and my students are actually still totally focused and working hard.

Life has been pushing me through a pretty tough obstacle course lately and Im over it!
It's not silly "ha ha" but its silly "I can't believe this is happening!" My neck was stuck.
My trip to Muncie this week for a college reunion!
Our great friends are getting their band Stomping Ground back together for a one night show and we are all going. Its going to be a blast!
